Value Story

A Value Story provides the foundation for many of our other services. In a nutshell, our Value Story can be described as an enhanced valuation that clearly and convincingly communicates the value of an asset (or company) to stakeholders. It generally comprises a clinical assessment of the asset (e.g., a drug), the generation of a target product profile (TPP), a financial valuation, a high-level pharmacoeconomic analysis (pricing), and a commercial assessment. Many clients choose to complement the Value Story with Primary Market Research. It is worth mentioning that our team of financial modelers has exceptional experience even with highly complex scenarios, such as the valuation of option deals.

Partnering

We are well-connected with virtually all major players in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry and can take care of the entire licensing process. Starting with an elaborate Value Story specifically tailored to the needs of potential partners, we derive attractive and defendable deal terms. As a next step, we create long and short lists of potential partners or investors, prioritizing the most promising or suitable ones. We then engage with selected parties, manage the communication and deal negotiation, and help close the deal – ensuring the best possible outcome for our client. This whole process is executed in close cooperation with the client.
